	Dr. Randall LaFrom Graduated from UCLA Dental School in 1982, went to San Jose State University, West Valley Community College and Mitty High School prior to dental school. His family has lived in the Santa Clara County for over 50 years. Dr. Randy was probably the only kid in his dental school class that knew he wanted to be a dentist as early as fourth grade. This helped him focus his studies, and while at San Jose State, he was the president of the Pre-Dental Student Association. While in dental school at UCLA, he was the sophmore year class vice president. Once out of school, Dr. Randy joined the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce and was elected the Vice-President and served on the Board of Directors for three years. Randy was an Eagle Boy Scout and he plays guitar and keyboards in a band for-fun. Dr. Randy is one of those dentists that is a continual student, attending every seminar and buying every hi-tech gadget that comes out. He loves providing his patients state-of-the-art care in a personal environment.
	Lyla Jeltycheva, RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist Lyla has been with us since 2007. She is one of Doctor LaFrom's dental hygienists. She is always in a great mood and enjoys her work. She graduated from Western Career College in 2007 and was a dental assistant right out of high school for 5 years prior to going into dental hygiene school. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends. She is half Russian and half Algerian and is fluent in Russian, French and Arabic.
	Tina Huynh, RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist Tina started with us in 2011 as front office staff. She had been working for a couple years in a dental office in east San Jose prior to going to Dental Hygiene School. Her warm smile and friendly personality has made her popular with our patients. Her professional commitment to the well-being of our patients shows throgh in her willingness to do whatever is needed at our office to assist our patients have the best care possible.
	Alli Iott - RDA -Registered Chairside Assistant Alli has been with us since July 2008 and is Doctor LaFrom's chairside assistant. She graduated from Foothill College with an A.S. Degree in Dental Assisting. Her pleasant personality and friendly attitude help to make patients feel at ease. She really enjoys her job assisting Dr. LaFrom and feels that every patient deserves the best and she likes being a part of the team. She was raised in Silicon Valley and lives here with her husband Luke. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and playing with their puppy Jovie. Alli also enjoys taking trips up to Lake Tahoe and to Shasta.
	Michelle Woods - Chairside Dental Assistant / Financial Coordinator Michelle has been with our office for over five years now. She is Doctor LaFrom's chairside assistant and she also helps with the front office. She brings with her over 26 years experience in the dental field and loves working with patients. She appreciates all the fun high-tech toys that our office has that allows us to provide our patients with state-of-the-art dentistry. She was raised in Silicon Valley. Michelle enjoys country music, sewing and travelling.
	Jason Purvis - Patient Care Coordinator Jason started with us in 2011. He helps out with the phones, logistics, admin, facilities, computer tech and just about everything else we can pile on his plate. His training was in Medical Assisting, but he decided he prefers dental to medical. He enjoys the interaction with patients. His prior training was in management with Starbucks for many years. He enjoys travelling and playing music. He plays both guitar and drums.
